LOCATION
The Barceló Envía Golf & Spa is located in the La Envia Golf valley, only a 10 minute drive from the Almeria capital and 15 minutes from the airport.
By highway, the region is easily reached by the Mediterranean highway, the A-92, that links Granada and Almeria passing through Guadix, and from the Malaga coast by the N-340Installations and Leisure Activities in the areaLike any city with a clear maritime vocation, Almeria receives many vessels and cruise ships in its port coming from the most diverse countries, offering connection through regular lines with the ports of Melilla, Nador (Morocco) and Ghazaouet (Algeria), on the North African coast.

ROOMS
The room has a total of 127 rooms, with 60 preferential double rooms, 51 standard double rooms, 12 single-use doubles, 3 junior suites and a grand presidential suite.

All rooms are elegantly designed and furnished, with attention to the smallest details.  All have air conditioning and heat, full bath with hair dryer, armoire with iron and ironing board, satellite TV, Internet connection, telephone and safe.
In addition, our Grand Presidential Suite, on the top floor, has a living room with plasma TV, a bedroom also with plasma TV, office, additional powder room for visitors and Jacuzzi with views of the golf course and sea

• “El Mirador” Restaurant: If you are looking for a more select and formal atmosphere, we propose our a la carte restaurant, “El Mirador”, where you will be able to taste the most select cuisine while enjoying the best views over the golf course.

•  “Murfield” Bar/Cafeteria: To enjoy a casual atmosphere.  It is the ideal place to hold informal receptions and meetings or simply to enjoy a coffee or drink after lunch or dinner.

GOLF
Located next to the hotel is La Envia Golf, a par 70, eighteen hole golf course, located on the slopes of the Sierra of Gador.  The round of 18 holes, designed by Francisco Mendoza Montero, runs through a valley between the eastern and western mountains that protect it from the wind, creating optimal conditions to enjoy this sport.  
Palm trees, mimosa trees, agaves and many indigenous shrubs line each of the 18 holes, which are laid out in a irregular profile. Bunker and lakes will also exercise you accuracy, expertise and skill as golfer.
